As lead booker, you are responsible for all payments to be made within the agreed timeframe and relaying correspondence to your group.

Accommodation/coach transfers will not be reserved until the 2nd installment is paid.

Deposit increases to £50 per person from 1st September 2023.

Payments and bookings

To reserve your accommodation/coach transfer a deposit (stated above) is required followed by 2 instalments.

The second instalment, a minimum of £100 Coach or £60 Drivers, is payable on or before 31st October 2023 and the final payment to be made by 31st January (Gold) and 29 February (Silver) 2024. 

Chalet/Coach transfers will be be confirmed once the second instalment has been paid. (Please be advised this is subject to change)

Alternative payment options are available, please speak to your MJR Rep. 

Please ensure that you adhere to the payment dates otherwise your booking may incur a late payment administration fee or the cancellation of your booking (non-refundable).

Cancellations and refunds 

There will be a cancellation charge of £50 per person, until 20th January 2024. 

If you cancel from 21st January 2024, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Amendments to bookings

An administration fee of £20, per person, will be payable for all booking amendments. £10 per person for all name changes(After Jan 21st).

Late payments

Late payments of the final balance, after 29th February 2024, will result administration fee of £25 per person.

Bookings made on the website incur a booking and service charge fee
